Returns & Exchanges
Every Consuelo piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases.
Size Exchanges
We want you to wear your piece. If the fit isn't right, size exchanges are considered within 14 days of delivery, subject to fabric and production availability. Exchanges are for size only — we are unable to accommodate style or print substitutions at this time.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your exchange is approved, we will confirm production availability and provide next steps before any item is returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will make it right.
